    Starting out it’s great to have a base level of strength, and basic fitness knowledge. That said, we’ve had many clients join, that are total beginners, (Such as Timbaland), that couldn’t perform some of the exercises on day one, but very quickly saw progress and have tremendous results.
    How much time will this take? I’m busy with family, job, and moonlight as a bank robber...
